UNIFILL-500 Inkjet Refill Instructions:
(These instructions are intended to be an overview of the refilling process.
More detailed instruction manuals are included with the UNIFILL UNIFILL-500s)
- INSERT CARTRIDGE - A clean and functioning cartridge of
any kind is placed into the vacuum chamber. (Black cartridges snap into a
clip; Color cartridges have 3 injectors that are inserted into the middle
of the sponges)
- EVACUATE OLD INK - Flip the switch to "empty".
You will see ink being deposited into a waste tank.
- REFILL WITH NEW INK - Flip the switch to "fill".
Look up the fill capacity for the cartridge you are filling (in our manual)
and fill the injector(s) with the proper amount of ink. Turn on the UNIFILL-500
and your cartridge(s) get filled!

for different cartridge types, as well as instructions on how many ml to fill

Important:
This UNIFILL-500 does not come with training or technical support. It is
the ultimate low-cost solution for a beginning refill business. The UNIFILL-500
is based on a simple concept: Every cartridge needs to have the old ink evacuated,
and filed with new ink. Both processes can be achieved using the UNIFILL-500.
The UNIFILL-500 also allows the filling of cartridges inside a vacuum chamber,
which increases the precision of the refill process and ultimately the quality
of the refilled cartridge. If you have never refilled a cartridge, or are not
familiar with the refilling of inkjet cartridges, it will take you longer to
learn how to operate the UNIFILL-500. Refilling inkjet cartridges with the UNIFILL-500
is NOT an automated procedure, and the degree of difficulty to get up and running
requires practice and self-training with our instructional materials. The UNIFILL-500
is non-returnable, but is tested before shipment to be in perfect working condition.
Additional clips and maintenance kits are available beyond the warranty period.
